The Human Resources Office of the U.S. Mission in Port-au-Prince is pleased to announce that we will be using the Department’s new Electronic Recruitment Application (ERA) starting November 5, 2018.

ERA is an electronic applicant management system, powered by Monster.com, which will automate the recruitment process for all overseas posts. It helps HR easily identify quality candidates from large pools of online applicants. ERA eliminates the need for paper-based activities, streamlines recruitment workflows, complies with HR/OE policies, and protects sensitive information.

v Step-by-step vacancy builder to create and post vacancy announcements.

v ALL applicants MUST apply electronically through the applicant website.

v Online questionnaires that score/rank qualified applicants based on job-related requirements.

v Ability to send mass email notifications to update applicants of their eligibility and to communicate with applicants on the status of their application.

v Hiring Manager has access to view applicant shortlist online to make hiring decisions.
